Data and purposes
Cloketa processes account identifiers, company memberships, time records, corrections, audit logs, security settings, billing data and technical security data to provide, secure and invoice the service and meet legal duties.
Roles and legal grounds
The customer company controls its workers’ data; Be The Wave SRL acts as processor. Cloketa’s own account, billing and security processing relies on contract performance, legal obligations and legitimate security interests.
Retention and recipients
Time records are retained for the configured period and at least as long as the customer’s applicable duties require. Primary hosting is in the European Union with OVHcloud. Stripe processes payments and Brevo transactional email under contractual safeguards.
Your rights
Request access, correction, restriction, objection or erasure at info@cloketa.eu. Some records cannot be erased immediately where legal retention or audit integrity requires them. You may complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority.
Cookies and analytics
No advertising cookies. Essential cookies secure sessions. Self-hosted Matomo, when enabled, operates without cookies.
Essential terms
Annual prices exclude VAT, with a 14-day trial and cancellation effective at renewal. After a failed payment, an existing customer receives seven days’ grace for administration while time tracking stays available. Cloketa is a technical tool, not legal or social-law advice.
Data processing agreement
The DPA covers documented instructions, confidentiality, security, subprocessors, rights assistance, breach notification, return and deletion. A signable copy will be available before subscription.
